Use of Guest Photographs and Videos

Kedarayatih Resorts may use photographs and videos of its guests on its website and social media platforms solely for promoting the resort. If any guest objects, they may inform the resort and the content will be removed promptly.

Identification (ID) & Registration Policy

Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for each occupant. The Guest Registration Card must be filled completely.

Booking

Any changes in booking are subject to availability.

Check In: 12 Noon

Check Out: 10:00 AM

Rights of Admission Reserved

Management may ask any guest to leave due to disturbance, threat, or rule violation.

Children Policy

Children below 10 years stay free without an extra bed.

Children above 10 years are chargeable.

Extra mattress available on request (paid). Age proof required.

Extra Bed Policy

Mattresses available on charge; subject to availability.

Parking

Parking is at owner’s risk. Hotel is not liable for loss or damage.

Restaurants & Food Policy

Outside food and liquor are not allowed.

Buffet tokens must be taken in advance.

Cooking in rooms is prohibited.

Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Room service food will incur 15% extra charges. MAP, HB & CP plans are non-refundable.

Lost and Found

Unclaimed items may be disposed of without liability.

Visitors’ Belongings

Hotel is not responsible for loss or theft.

Hazardous Goods

Storage of hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for damages.

Management Rights

Management may vacate any guest without notice.

Jurisdiction

All matters are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction.

Strict check-out at 10:00 AM. No extensions.

Rooms

Rooms available for 2–4 persons with attached bathrooms. Extra mattress available.

Cancellation Policy

21+ days → 10%

07–21 days → 25%

03–07 days → 50%

Within 3 days / No-show → 100%
