Use of Guest Photographs and Videos
Kedarayatih Resorts may use photographs and videos of its guests on its website and social media platforms solely for the purpose of promoting the resort. If any guest has an objection to the use of their photographs or videos, they may inform Kedarayatih Resorts, and the content will be removed promptly.
Identification (ID) & Registration Policy
Valid government issued; photo identification is required at the time of check-in for each occupant of the room bearing the address of the guest. The Guest Registration Card, in complete detail has to be filled by Guest Amendment of Rooms /
Booking
Any changes in booking is subject to availability.
Check In – Check Out Policy
Check In: 12 Noon
Check Out: 10:00 AM.
Rights of Admission Reserved
The Hotel, and the entire building as a facility complex, is a Private Property, for which “Rights Of Admission Are Reserved”. The Management, can ask any guest to vacate/leave the premises on ground of disturbance or posing a threat to the Employees/ Other Guests or Violating any policies/terms of the Hotel.
Children Policy
The accommodation for child below 10 years is free of charge if the kid stays with its parents in a room with no additional bed. The accommodation for child above 10 years chargeable, if stays with parents in a room with no additional bed. Extra bed can be provided on request at a charge for the child. Child age proof is required at time of check in.
Extra Bed Policy
Mattresses are available for a fee. Availability is not guaranteed.
Parking
The Hotel provides for self-parking; however, parking is solely at the vehicle owner’s risk and hotel assumes no liability of any loss of belongings, or loss of / damage to the vehicle.
Restaurants
While dining within the restaurants, outside food-beverages-liquor are not allowed to be consumed. Guests creating a disturbance to the operations, shall be asked to vacate the premises.
Food Policy
Tokens of Buffet (Break Fast, Lunch and Dinner) to be taken before buffet timing from the counter on cash basis. Cooking of food inside the permises is not allowed. Buffet will be served at the given timing. Breakfast : 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM Lunch : 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Dinner : 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Lost and Found
Any items, left behind by the guest, should be informed to the Front desk immediately via phone call or email. In case the guest does not contact the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to dispose off the same without any liability on the hotel.
Visitors Belongings
The Hotel will not, in any way, whatsoever, be responsible for the loss or theft of visitor’s / guest’s goods or any other property.
Hazardous Goods
Storing of cinema film, raw and exposed or any other articles of combustible or hazardous nature in guest rooms or storage is strictly prohibited.
Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves.
Management Rights
The Management reserves to itself, the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason.
Jurisdiction
is subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only Amendments of Rules: The Management reserves the right itself to add, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
Check Out
Check out time is 10:00 AM, no extra time will be provided after the checkout time (The guests must leave the room at check out time.) because we need time to prepared the room for the next scheduled booking before 12:00 O’ clock noon.
Food Policy
Cooking of food inside the premises is not allowed. Buffet will be served at the given timing.
Breakfast: 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch : 1:00 PM to 02:30 PM
Dinner : 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM
If food serve in Rooms, will be charges 15% extra.
Charges of food (MAP and CP Plan) is not refundable if not consumed in any case.
Rooms
Our rooms are available in different occupancy options (2, 3, and 4 people), all with attached bathrooms. As the number of guests per room increases, the cost per person decreases, offering the best value for money. The option to add an extra mattress allows for flexible accommodation to fit your budget.
Room Rate Plans
For your convenience, we offer different rate plans to suit your preferences:
European Plan (EP) – Room only (No meals included).
Continental Plan (CP) – Room with breakfast included.
Half Board (HB) – Room with dinner included.
Modified American Plan (MAP) – Room with both breakfast and dinner included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 21 or more days before check in date will incur a cancellation charge of 10%.
· Cancellations made more than 07 days in advance but less than 021 days will incur a cancellation charge of 25%.
· Cancellations made more than 03 days in advance but less than 07 days will incur a cancellation charge of 50%.
· In case of No Show or Cancellations made within 03 days will incur 100% charge of the booking.
